Epairs on phone not done

Good Day i took out a contract last year April with cellc. on the 12/02/2013 handed my phone in for repairs. problems with the phone was software upgrade, touch screen not working and whilist on the phone the phone switches off, leave on the table and it switchs off. handed it for repairs and listed all the faults at the store. i got my phone back on the 6/03/2013 and it had not been repaired. the touch is still not working and the phone still switches off. i also paid my contract in full whilist my phone was at the repair centre for the month of february. i call the repair department at cellc yesterday after picking up the phone and spoke to the manger off the repair centre Vivian and he imformed me to take the phone back to cellc and they will give me a loan phone to use while my phone get sorted out. but when i got they the was no loan phone avaible. again i am goin to pay a contract that i am not using. i feel this is very un fair to me as a customer. i dont want this phone any more.please can url assit me as i am not getting any joy from cellc an i use this phone for work an now thats its gone for repairs my work suffers.
