Faulty phone and no feedback!!!

I bought a nokia lumia 920 from you on the 17 august 2013, the phone was switching of now and then but got worse so i booked it in at your autopage store on the 14th September 2013. From that time until i called you, you did not bother to call me to tell me what's happening with the phone. I called you this past Friday spoke to one of your repairs people who told me i should have the phone the next day or Sunday. I got no call from the store as he said. Today once again called you and the guy tells me he will call me back, he didn't. I called again and he tells me he will call before end of business. He didn't call.
Your after service is bad, i paid for that phone you did not give it to me. You are as good as being right now cause you have the money but i don't have anything. When i was buying the phone you were quick to make sure that i get it but when there is a problem you hide. You need to sort this out...
By the way I sent you the same email on Monday and nobody bothered...
