I was contacted by the call centre in September 2013. After some correspondence an agreement was agreed to at the beginning of November 2013. A quote was sent and it was noted on email that certain items were not included. It was commented that they did not need to be included as they were of no charge. I requested exactly what was going to be delivered and all items agreed upon were included in the email. On receipt of delivery, no charge items were not included in the package. After many calls to the call centre I was able to return the items and the upgrade cancelled. I am now sitting a month later, after many promises, with no upgrade and no items. I needed the issues sorted out before a certain date, which I timeously complied to, but due to Vodacom's staff incompentancy it seems as though this will not be met. All I want is the upgrade with the agreed items included at the originally agreed upon price. Is this too much to ask - seems as though it is for Vodacom! Call centre operator continuously transfers me to another operator as they can not deal with the account and so it goes on - over a month!
