Unsolicited deduction

I have been having monies deducted via my Vodacom debit order for numbers via Integrat Pty for which I did not subscribe. Though I requesedt today that Vodacom unsubscribe me from Integrat I would like to be reimbursed by Integrat for services I did not directly request from them. Vodacom could also not give me specific details but did confirm that the amount is being deducted as Custom Services via their debit order.
