Cancelled our account and still being billed

We cancelled out Telkom voice and ADSL on 6 December 2012, reference number 68894314A. We were told the service will end 6 January 2013.

We have now received a bill dated 12 Jan 2013 to 11 Feb 2013, invoice number 301C1004290D.

This is obviously incorrect. Please cancel the account and credit our account and notify us when it's been done.
