What Is going on with Telkom!!

What the is wrong with these people!! For the past 6 months months my internet has been unusable from 13:00 to 00:00 every day, i cant even open a Google search page! If i call the call center some tells me to restart my computer and then that's it, as if that will help. we pay a stupid amount of money every month for something that is worse then the old Dial-up connections. I don't know why Telkom is paying people to work at their call centers monkey's could have done the same if not better. is there any hope? or do we just have to accept that our money is getting every month. They know we need an internet connection so they take advantage of that and give us service but still take our money. I'm fed up with this useless business but what can you expect, its south African, everything is going down the drain anyway how can we expect Telkom to be any better.
