Telkom do not cancel my data bundles as requested

I have requested Telkom several times via telephone to cancel all my internet data bundles, every time the persons says it will be escalated and some one will call me back. This never happens and with the next bill the data bundles are still on my account. I even went into the store to get it cancelled, they said everything is now fine, but the next month it still appears on my account. I want this cancelled with immediate effect.
