BLACKBERRY UN-BLACKLIST

My blackberry got around June / July 2013. We retrieved the phone which was sold to cash converters by the. We also blacklisted the phone to ensure that no one can use the phone. We are struggling to get the phone un-blacklisted since August 2013 till now. Cell C fails to help me and also tells me that the phone is registered in someone else name. I bought the phone at CNA Richards bay Branch, Kwa-Zulu Natal in 2012 December just before Christmas. I cant use the phone at all. I need Cell C to step up their Client services and ensure that my phone get sorted out. I have all the proof to proof that the phone is mine.
Correct Date & Time is not known as we lost track of how many times we have tried sorting the situation out.
