Worst Service at MTN Rivonia!!

My husband & I upgraded our contracts and went from BlackBerry to iPhones. As the iPhone uses a nano sim, MTN had to cancel our BlackBerry's sim cards and activate our iPhone sim cards. This happened smoothly for my husband, but my iPhone's sim card has STILL not been activated!! (nearly 4 days later).

We have been dealing with Luke at the store and he never phones back when he said he would and he is completely unable to resolve the matter. He told us that the matter has been escalated, however, he phoned this morning to confirm my cellphone number (???). What have they been working on then if he doesn't even have my cellphone number? He keeps on promising that the matter would be resolved "within the next 2 hours" but needless to say, nothing ever gets resolved. He's response is always that I should switch off the phone and switch it back on. I've done that a million times, but still nothing...

I will never, ever in my life set foot in the MTN store on Rivonia again. Poor customer service, poor response and from the looks of it, very poor technical team. (How many people switch daily from a sim to a nano sim?? Why is this so incredibly difficult for MTN Rivonia??)
