Cell C Customer Service needs a complete shake up!

On the 29th November 2013 I wrote:

Please escalate this matter to a senior manager who knows what he or she is doing as the entire matter has become a fiasco! This is my fourth email on the matter and still NOTHING has been done!

The user of cell phone number xxx-xxx-xxxx has received two sms stating that he will be refunded in excess of the R10.00 voucher and has been called twice and spoken to, but still the refund has NOT been made! This matter has now been dragging on for far too long without any conclusion; it is made additionally frustrating by the phone calls and sms saying that a refund will be made, without anything actually being done!

I have retained the voucher in question and my suggestion is that I take it to the CellC shop in the Boulders Shopping Centre, Midrand, where CellC management authorise them to issue me with a new voucher for a sum in EXCESS of the original R10.00 voucher, to compensate your customer for his frustration at this drastic lack of customer service.

To date I have not carried out my threat of posting these communications on the Hello Peter website as I wanted to be fair and give CellC time to put the matter right. This cannot continue!
