Dropped/Muted and Ignored calls from cellc

I purchased a cellc recharge voucher for my granny who uses cell c as a service provider, I must say I can't wait to move her to a different service provider. I've had countless communication with your customer service, at times I've had to put up with your rude and unfriendly consultants. They either mute, drop or put you on hold for more than 10 minutes & hang up before it get's to 15minutes. The voucher is one of those peal of voucher & unfortunetly some of the numbers were not clear. Due to this I've been sent from pillar to post just to get assistnce from your overscratched voucher department. I've been to a cell c store were they scanned the voucher & also took the number to be debited/recharged. I've had to scan it myself and email it personally since the scanned doc from the cell c store (Cresta) was never received by customer service. It's been 4 weeks and I have not been assisted. Just a few minutes ago, I was placed on hold under the pretence hat a manager by the name of Busi will assist. I've recorded all calls with your customer service and I would like some action to be done against all these consultants that potray bad customer which affects your image
