GREAT ATTITUDE AND HELPFUL PERSON

I reported my phone 011 7894490 out of order this morning and I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Shuping. I have never in my 67 years came across a Telkom person that is so competent, helpfull, respectfull and friendly as him. It just made my day.
