Inefficient Sales person

Handed in my 6 week old I-Phone 5 for warranty assessment, as it drops every call made, and received. Phone was handed in on the morning of the 25/6/2013 at the Mtn Branch Irene, and was told that it should take about two weeks. On Friday 5/72013 I contacted Mtn irene, with a bit of luck it might have come back, I was told that I might be back today 5/7/2013 or the latest monday 8th July. On the way back from work today, I decided to stop at the Irene branch, and was politely told by the sales people there, that the phone was only sent in, by the person mentioned above, ONE week after I handed it in. When I was asked who the salesman was that booked it in, on hearing the name, the two mtn representatives started smiling and laughing, like this is typical of this person. Some people NEED their cellphones to generate business, I'm one of those people, and now due to a total lack of efficiency by certain mtn representatives, I have to suffer, this is not on. ACTION needs to be taken against this person, as he is giving Mtn a bad reputation with his care free attitude. I have been with MTN for many years, and it is only fair that this is resolved, and my phone replaced immediately
