Horrificly Pathetic

I bought furnite on the the 14th of March and we were told to wait until the next Tuesday as the stock was coming from Johannesburg... Tuesday came no sign of my goods, I went to the store to enquire the manager and salesman assured me that I will receuve my stuff the following day. On Wednesday still no delivery, on Thursday still nothing. On Friday i went to see the manager was told to wait for him as he is working a late shift... we waited almost an hour and he never showed. On Saturday morning i was nlw angry and demanded answers I was told by a very deffensive Thandi Shuping that it was the salesman fault i didnt receive my goods and the manager had nothing to do with it she then promised to deliver mu goods fo free on the same saturday which she did but guess what there was a chair missing and no one explained what happened with my chair. I
m still waiting for answers... Help!!!
