I agreed to this deal after Cell C direct phoned me, a person named Morgan, where you get 2 GB of data per month plus the modem for R 119 per month. However when the package arrived it was the wrong package sent to me, there was just a sim card in the package and no modem.

I phoned Cell C immediately to collect and cancel the order as the consultant said that I could return the package within 5 days if I am not satisfied with the deal.

So I returned the sim card within 3 days with RAM couriers on 24th Jan 2013. But still Cell C deducted R 134.11 from my bank account! The sim card wasn't even opened! And today yet again I received a statement from Cell C for March 2013 stating that again the payment will be deducted end March! I still haven't got any reply from Cell C yet! It doesn't help to phone the 084 145 line, you are just holding on forever!

This is unacceptable! Poor service from Cell C!
