IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL A LINE AND SERVICE

I have tried on numerous occasions to cancel my service / line. Telkom everytime tell me they will cancell the line but never do.
It is now 3 months and I am still paying for a line at a place that I vacated.
They lei, deceive and and now my money.
