No wonder Telkom is losing fixed line customers

My 4mb/s ADSL line is slower than dialup now, so phoned Telkom, who sent out technicians for the umpteenth time, only to tell me that they can do nothing. Absolutely nothing.
The line is far from the exchange so i either have to accept it, or cancel my service...
This after the line has worked well for 2 years.
Their attitude was one of resignation, more interested in what car i drive than to fix the line.
Shocking - i have almost no choice but to cancel my adsl line.
