I refer to my previous complaint. Nothing has improved and I am still forced to use expensive pre paid sim cards from another supplier. Absolutely no use in having this contract at all. I want it to be cancelled due to non performance. This has been going on for almost two years now and getting worse. Vodacom even have to contact me on my Cell C "back up number" - absolutely shamefull.
