Clueless on accounts

Good Day

I called the contact centre at around 09:21 to ask about the amount in arrears, the person that assisted me is Dieketseng Mophuting.
She advised me that the amount in arrears is 220.00 something of rands, and I asked her if she can see the 300.00 that was transferred to the account, and she acknowledged, however she said the 300.00 is for the month on September, I told her that it is impossible. You cant pay an account in a current month for 2 months back. Dieketseng was clueless on the account and I had to explain to her how accounts work. I asked her to transfer me to somebody who has knowledge on accounts, and she kept me on hold for approximately to 15 minutes. I spoke to the lady named Thato, and she wasn't even apologetic when I told her that I was kept on hold for 15 minutes.

My complaint is mainly on the staff not having a clue about accounts and not being able to build a rapport with customers, and asking a client to be kept on hold.
