I went to cancel my 2 gym memberships because I work far from home and will not be able to go to the gym anymore but i was told that one of the accounts was in arrears and has not been paid since 2011???
I advised the lady at the reception that it cannot be possible as I have 2 debit orders going off my account every month. She then told me that she can not help me" that is what their records say and that is what it is". She told me i needed to fill in a grivience form and MAYBE head office will help me. she called the other guy that was just near by to explain what was going on. she started explaining to him in afrikaans even though I repeatedly asked her to explain the situation to him in English so that I may also understand as this conversation is about me and my accounts. As they continued to talk amongst themselves, I quickly logged on to internet banking and showed them 2 debits with 2 separate acc numbers that have been going off my acc every month. If a client does not pay their accounts, they are called to come rectify their accounts, So my question is if I haven't been paying why was I not called??? Why are they receiving 1 paymnt if they are both frm one account??
