They Always make excuses Never resolve problems

Every single time I take in my phone they don't create a JOB card that my phone was in for repairs
I took my phone in for repairs 5 times in a Year with only 1 job card to show for it
They do it cause that when its a faulty handset/device that they don't have to replace it
My phone is in again for the 6th time now they want me to pay to fix my phone
I book my phone in for 3 weeks now I made a call to there repair department and they said my phone was never book in I went to the store where I took my phone to they said it is book in
Every time Cell C have storie to cover there service up
For nearly 3 years Cell C only gives excuses and no results
I think its time we stand together and shut them down for poor service and doing people in every time
And that's not all every Cell C shop I walked in to I get service and excuses
What type of bussiness are they which takes there customers for a ride every single time
