I was worned about Cell C... now I know

The story continues. I was told that they will keep my phone for 1 and a 1/2 weeks so I asked for a loan phone. Hope told me that they dont give loan phones because the client's damage them. Cell C - is it more important to worry about a couple of loan phones or to keep your clients happy and to treat them fairly? Trying to book my phone in for repairs also turned out to be a hassle, because they could not find the company stamp to stamp the document. When Hope asked the shop manager (I assume he is the shop manager or team leader), he replied he does not know and continued to go though his personal messages on his own phone. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Cell C... love it!!! So, if your network does not "like" smartphones, why sell or advertise them? Its not only on the iPhone 4S, but the Samsung people are also suffering with the same problem. My guess - if i get my phone back next week Wednesday (if I get it back), the problem will not be solved and the phone will continue to give me problems... or is that the network that I need to blame? I also tried switching networks in the interim but I have 1 year left before I can move. Lets see if Cell C loses another client.
