We really need some competition for Telkom in South Africa, absolutely ridiculous!

I do not know how much money we have lost because of Telkom, we have two lines for call and ADSL, the one line had intermittent connection for ADSL, meaning it goes on for 5 minute and off for 20 minutes, since March I have called probably 50 times, and every time they send a tech here, its either no one arrive and we receive a sms saying the issue has been resolved, or tech comes & just goes, or tech comes and said he has fixed and goes, yet NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED, our other line was crossed last Friday, when we call it someone else picks up, the line did not work, no ADSL, and till now still nothing! Called telkom 3 times, yet nothing!

To make things worse, I checked our statement today, and found out telkom was charging us for 4mbs line instead for the 1mbs for the one line, I specifically told the sales at telkom I wanted a 1MBS, and she confirmed and I reconfirmed AGAIN and made her REPEAT to confirm it is a 1mbs line, and YET I AM STILL GETTING charged for 4mbs? is wrong with this company/government?

We still have to pay the fees even though NO SERVICE DELIVERED? ZIm, here we come!
