Bad service, bad reception & bad network!!!

On the 1st August 2013 I swapped my network from Vodacom to Cell C, due to their great deal with the Samsung S4 Galaxy... I have now regretted this decision.

Since then, I have friends getting highly frustrated that my "phone is off" when it is not, a serious delay in messages / e-mails / Watsapps, no connection to the internet / Facebook, etc. I have been in contact with my store supplier & even with this I have had to test my patience (phoning the store to see if they had actually recieved my e-mail, as there was no response).

I had an employee come to my residents to test signal, etc & apparently the problem is my handset & the signal at home. I have explained to many people at Cell C that I am not only experiencing this problem at home, but everywhere I go but this still goes in one ear & out of the other.

So after making my way down to the store to sort this all out, I get sent away (with no real resolution, as if it were my handset, why is nothing being done about it?) & I should contact the service provider. I then called & was told the exact same thing, I have now had it & asked to cancel my contract. I was then told someone will contact me, it has now been 2 days!!!
