As per my agreement when signing a contract with vodacom online, i was told and clearly asked whether my minutes and data bundle will be accumulated to 6 months and thereafter be forfeited, the sales person agreed to me and has been clearly recorded on the telephone conversation when taking out the contract as the contract was taken out over the phone.

I then called the vodacom call center and after disputing what I said about my minutes accumulating to 6 months, eventually the lady agreed to me saying they had a problem with there system. I was told that she would come back to me within 48hours of my claim but it's now 2 months gone and no response on the investigations.
