Opening False Accounts and Incorrectly Debiting

I wrote a complaint on the 13/11/13 about accounts being opened on my name which were falsified. I received a call from Danielle whom requested i send her an affidavit. I have taken the time to go to the SAPS and send it to her but she has not responded to me. I was also assured by the retention supervisor that there would be no debits on my account only to find that i was debited on the 01/12/13 ref CELL C SP 38114337 104891521 processed at 06.11 am. I am getting sick and tired of this service and no one seems to be bothered at Cell C, Who cares if other peoples accounts and names are black listed and a victim of crime, as long as they make money right at other peoples expenses... I need assistance immediately or i will contact ECR and inform them of what your company is doing and request that this is aired on radio
