My wife had recently upgraded her contract at Mtn v&a and she received an iPhone 5. Just over 3 weeks later the phone suddenly would not go on & neither could it charge. Subsequently we took the phone in and waited in a que of 3 people for 2hrs before being attended to. When we eventually got to the front desk it took another 10-15 mins before actually speaking to a consultant. Finally we get served and we inform the consultant of the problem and she verifies that the phone doesn't go on or charge. Then she says she needs to book it in but they don't offer loan phones and this doesn't sit well with us considering that we have already hugely been inconvenienced by this ordeal. I request the manager who's off but eventually they call her. She has the nerve to tell me its not her problem that the phone is faulty. Frustrated, I demand the cancellation of the upgrade and she accepts and they do the necessary. 4 days go bye without a phone and I find out that the upgrade has still not beem cancelled yet I am still paying and out of contact.

When I try calling the store no it rings continuosly without any voicemail. Come on mtn I'm the customer here not You
