Stop debiting my account

Cell c. m really sick and tired of complaing, how do you treat your clients? your custoner service! this is my 7th complain, cell c debited my account again, iam going to send you guys my statement, i need to be credited those charges, this is not really fair. when you call the call center, they will assure you that the debit wont go off, can this query be resolved, since from August, now is December? my last ref no# 45857 spoke to Veli Sihlangu from accounts dept on the 11 Dec at 10h54 am.
iam going to take this matter further, this is not on.

Blanche Opperman assured me the will be no debit oder running, please tell me what am i paying for coz i gave the phone back? this is insane. can i have someone senior to get back to me, coz even cell c teamleaders are useless!!! still waiting for Busisiwe to call me ref no# 3120601797
