I have logged a complain with Vodacom ON (24.11.2013) REF NUMBER: S3-T6C2l-l4B1C . I was called by the consultant on the 27.11.2013 and he told me that I actually order the Nokia 2055, of which I didn't because if I did I wasn't gonna complain in the first place. I am so dissapointed at Vodacom being the client for them since I started using a Cellphone and this is the Thank I get or is it because I only ordered a Nokia asha 201 (White in colour) and you guys decided to deliver a nokia 2055 (white and orange in colour) The consultant I spoke too when I applied for an upgrade told me that you will debit my account in Dec of which that was a too because the money was debited on the 21.11.2013. I told the consultant who phoned me on the 27.11.2013 that I would like to cancell the contract and still today no feedback. I feel that Vodacom doesnt care about client who pays small contract. I am so dissapointed and I wont stop writing letters to you guys untill my enquiry is sorted and after this I will be contacting Ombudsman.
