Vodacom
Nokia 205 instead of Nokia 2055

I bought a Nokia 2055 from vodacom shop century city, but the dealership went on to register a Nokia 205 on the network. I only picked it when I tried to dowload applications and called vodacom customer care only to be told that Nokia 2055 is not sold by Vodacom and I was also told to find from Nokia if such phone exists, I was told that it doesnt exist.

I then went and challenged them to show me or explain why they did that and told them that what they did was not the best business practise. I therefore feel such practise is rampant with Vodacom franchases and customers are loosing out since they are made to believe that they have bought genuine products whilst its not the case
