Vodacom contract

Vodacom offered me a contract for R99 per month with a NOKIA 2055 i accepted the offer as i have been using the network for almost 11 years now. the handset was delivered to me at home along with a homemark voucher worth R200 i tried setting up my phone downloaded applications which some failed i figured it's pointless o take a phone that doesn't support certain applications like whatsapp and so forth i called their call center time and again, i eventually got hold of the customer care and explained why I was not satisfied and a lady by the name of Beatrice at vodacom said they will arrange for a phone swap they will send someone to pick it up on the 7th of october they rocked up un announced they found my son who told them i was at work and the imbeciles said they didn't know i was working how can i get a contract approved if unemployed? I am beyond annoyed as i am now being threatened by some VVM attorneys for non payment whereas VODACOM didn't debit as we speak i have funds available. Some ANDILE HANAB QV 444065 Stop sending those annoying sms beacause someone needs to be fired at vodacom for not doing their job. pick up up the phone from my house as agreed.
