CANNOT GET HELP

I first must commend Telkom for responding with lightning speed a few weeks ago when I complained on HelloPeter. They called me and a technician was despatched to my premises immediately and came twice to make sure the fault was sorted.

Then a few days later my lines went down again and have done so a few times a day interrupting calls etc. I reported this and also smsed the fault and promptly received an sms giveing me a fault number. Since then I have had lines operating at times and cutting on and off regularly. I have called Telkom many times and tried to report this but each time I am about to be transferred to an agent the call cuts.

As per the last time I had this problem (which has been ongoing since August 2012 and reported repeatedly since then) I will have to get into my car and go to a telkom office to make this report as this telphone company obviously does not answer its telephone callers easily!

I hate to have to resort to this media in my frustration to try to get some sort of satisfactory service, but obviously smsing and telephoning just don't work.

Perhaps Telkom shoudl spend less on advertising and try to put a bit of their budget into their call centre
