Dear Telkom,
Once again I am forced to rate you my #1 for Worst Company In The World.
Since my last report, you managed to eventually install my line on the 12th of December, and then take till the 3rd of January to finally get it working.
In the interim, you've managed to charge me for an entire month of A: a line that no longer existed from my previous address, B: a line that didn't work for the whole month, and C: an installation fee where there was *expressly* supposed to be none, since I opted for your change-of-address, no-fees-attached option, as well as completing the new address's installation as a "self install". Logging an account dispute has gotten me nowhere, and the airtime I've wasted calling your helpline has almost cost me a thousand rand the past 2 months.
Sadly, the line itself has fared no better, dying at the first sight of wind/rain, and taking over 12 hours to synchronise again. As of the last incident of bad weather, it has been four days since my line has worked.
No doubt it will probably be down again for the rest of the month, and you will be more than happy to take my money and probably attach a few more charges that you feel like adding.
