Problems with signal AGAIN!!!

I am sick of Cell C's incompetence as a network provider!

About 5 months ago I was battling non-stop with signal problems in the Sandton area. Eventually the network issues seemed to come right, but now I am struggling with the same problems again. It says I have full 3G signal, yet nothing comes through, when people tell me they have been trying to get hold of me for hours. Then I have to restart my phone (iPhone 5) and all of a sudden I receive 100's of messages!

Calling them and dealing with them, changing settings on my phone, didn't seem to help the first time, so what am I supposed to do?!? I am paying every month for a service I am not receiving!

I WILL CANCEL MY CONTRACT if this is not sorted out!
