TEHY TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT YOUR CONSCENT

A Warning to all business users considering Mweb Business as a hosting provider. They are incompetent in every sense of the word, this includes billing, customer relations, technical support and VOIP services to name a few we have experienced.

They took R24 000 form our account via debit order without our consent and after numerous cancellation requests.

We are now requesting a refund and they simply ignore each and every email we send them. We have moved to another smaller ISP and what a pleasure dealing with them, MWEB is a fly by night enterprise with misleading advertising and not able to provide and service enterprise customers.

We will hand them over to our lawyers if we don't get our money refunded within the next seven days, enough is enough.
