Telkom Mobile keeps billing me after cancellation!

I took out a contract with Telkom mobile via a company called Selldirect which does direct marketing, details as follows:
Order Date 22/08/13
Dispatched to Warehouse 23/08/13
On Delivered 26/08/13
Delivered 26/08/13
I emailed and called the sales agent (Pierre Christian, Selldirect Marketing (Pty) Ltd, Contact number: 021 001 7500, E-mail: [Email Removed] on the 28th of August to advise him that I would like to cancel the contract. This is less than 5 days after I received the device and sim, according to telkoms own T's& C's [URL Removed] I am allowed to cancel within 7 days.

They arranged for a courier company to come and collect the device and the sim card and they confirmed that they received the goods. They have been billing me an amount of R209.00 since September, they plan on billing me yet again for the month of December.

I got a mail from their retentions team and they cced someone called A`shiq Mohamed Osman informing me that I need to pay a cancellation termination fee liable for premature cancellation of line of R2841. I have already seeked legal advice and I am within my rights here.
