Vodacom
No signal or really bad reception

We are living on a farm just outside Morgenzon. We are exclusively using Vodacom as our cellular supplier as we are on the road very often and found Vodacom to be the better connection in this regard. However on the farm we have little to no reception, even though we can see the Vodacom tower from our houses on the farm. Please investigate as this is causing a lot of issues as I keep on missing important calls and I'm not able to make calls at crucial times. Since this is our only means of communication this is a critical system that we need working at all times. All farmers around Morgenzon is complaining as well and even the people living in Morgenzon is experiencing the same.
