My s4 starts to trouble me & when I had taken it to the store I get blamed for overcharging the phone. As if its my fault that Samsung had gotten their 1st batch of batteries from a Chinese supplier & yes ive been told that numerously by mtn staff. then at my cost I had to go to Samsung to get the battery swopped, once done my phone still troubled, I took it in to mtn for a warranty assessment only to be told NO. Managements attitude was pathetic!! I had to call my sister who is the account holder & is currently in abu dhabi to speak to the manager who then flung my phone & said " tell your sister to do what she wants & send her legal rep" instead of being courteous & calling her back because the call cut & she was calling from overseas the manager just pushed a chair & walked away!! how is this customer service?? how can individuals be placed in such positions & have absolutely no people skills?? I was then told that the warranty assessment is now void because of a few marks on the phone!! when I requested a copy of the document stating that, I was told that it was an internal document. so then how the are customers expected to know this!!
