Hi,

I applied for a telkom internet line on 01.10.2013. My application was first delayed for 3 weeks because the administrator forgot to capture on the system! I was then referred to Head Office who promised to expidite my application. I have been referred to managers and sent from pillar to post.
Eventually the technician calls and confirms an appointment for today 03/12.2013 (2 months later!!)... BUT does not pitch because of technical issues!!
I (a "Valued Custome') must now a further 2 weeks for the technian to be in the area. This is pathetic.
2 months, 2 branches, 2 managers and now a further 2 weeks later.

I am appalled at your service.
SHAME ON YOU!!
