Unacceptable Bad Service with many discrepancies

On the 28/07/2013 I approached telkom direct (kenilworth centre branch) and applied for a telkom line rental and dsl capabilities for the line (I want to have fixed line browsing capabilities at home). The consultant mentioned 2 to 4 days for line install and 2 to 4 days for dsl activation.

The line install appointment was made for Thurs. 1/08/2013 (both parties confirmed), and because no time can be given 4 technician arrival, the whole day has to be set aside. My wife took the day off for this.

The technician did not pitch up (with no communication at all), the next day the technician pitches up (unannounced and unexpected). 7 days after line install (dsl activate 2-4 days, statement by consultant), contacted 10210 to inquire about dsl order, No order exists! (don't no what happened?).

So placed order (8/08/2013), consultant mentions up to 7 days for completion, after 9 days I contact 10210 and they mention that the order is still executing, on the 17/08/2013 I approach telkom direct (kenilworth centre branch), to ask what's happening to my order, consultant mentions that I have to wait between 6 weeks to 6 months while paying for the line I'm not using.

Should I say more!!
