On 12/11/2013 i went to the Alexandra store to complain about a phone (Nokia 302) that i had taken on contract that had a battery fault the phone requires to be charged twice daily..I was told that it would be booked for warranty assessment they asked that i bring everything that came with it which i did but to my surprise i was asked where the memory card that came with it, when i picked it up there was no mention of it nor was it shown to me or written in the pick up document. I requested to see the manager (Diana) who was so passive and not willing to help she said that she was busy and there was nothing she could do but book it for repair as the full components were not there, but whose fault was it that they did not do their job properly. They were rude and told that i was lying and just laughed at me, i was told to come back when Mercy the consultant that signed off the device to me as she can validate if i was telling the truth or not. I am appalled at the treatment i got, there is no customer service. They all need to go back to training including the manager. I would like to cancel my contract...
