Egarding contract

I phoned, fax, email mr Shabalala regarding my wifes cell phone 0731216668 as the account is not as descuss with salesperson, as I phoned and 0831808 to speak to a person in charged they put me to mr Shabalala, with him i explained that I signed for new contract via phone (Centerion m1 City) sales person and said that the pack. must be top 200 they 1st opend the contract on data sms and othes sevices no limited, my wife phoned and complained the internet on phone is just running, they said she must set the phone, as she done that. When I phone him complain as he asked to send the contract to him, we fax email it 5x to him, as he said he will returned and see what is happening he NEVER RETURNED our call, we have to phone and ask what is happeing he reply I DID NOT GED THE FAX OR EMAILS. I stop my DEBIT ORDER I only paing my cell acc, will only pay the other acc soon all MTNS MISTAKES IS SORTED OUT. I cant se that I have to pay acc of internet R 2000 a month Please set this right.
