Have my ADSL line since 2011 worked fine between 2-4megs, sometimes the cables get or so I am informed and voila they are replaced within an acceptable time frame. Last / damaged September 13, 2013 which took 3 weeks to replace - since then intermittent connection on ADSL all kinds of excuses about why a line that worked perfectly before is no not working at all most of the times not even on 1meg. Numerous fault numbers "375CRK141013 / 124BRK111113 / 215CRK61113 / 106CRK171113 / 1117CRK22113 think this proves my point. I got a call from a technician named Jannie refusing to believe what my ISP Providers and myself is telling him about the line - saying he will downgrade the line, refusing to look for the fault which originated after the cable repairs on the V side in September as this could be either split pairs has been used or a Dry Joint or D/slam (data port). Since 22 November no telephone line no adsl no service and no response or communication - 10210 - 30 minutes a shot holding on for no response. Worst worst service ever and incompetence on technical side of telkom technicians no wonder Even TELKOM BOSS admits in papers your customers hate you FIX MY LINE
