Mr Kotze who is a credited installer of Multi Choice should be removed from the Corporations accredited installers list as he portrays the worst kind of customer service with a attitude of take it or leave it regarding the installation he gets paid for by Multi Choice. He refused to do a extra view installation although he gets paid for such via a installation voucher issued from the retailer that we purchased the decoder from. He wanted a extra cost of R2500 for the installation on top of what Multi Choice pays him.
