Sick of struggling

I am sick to death of struggling with my blackberry, i never get any decent signal and have complained numerous times only be told"theres nothing wrong with your signal" and yet I have to reboot my phone daily and more than once at that. I miss calls, emails come are delivered hours after receiving it and dont talk about when i am on the phone during a call and signal is lost. I have complained about this on this forum before, I got a call from the cell c call centre who checked the line and sent whatever msgs they do to dest it and was told all is well & I must take the phone into the store to be seen to, this in its own furiates me because my phone isnt even a year old YET!!! I have had more problems with cell c and its network in my 10 month old contract than I have had with any other factors in my entire life. I am ever sorry i'm stuck with Cell C. Same with my data contract, you always advertise one price but it then ends up being WAY more than the signed deal. I am reporting you to ICASA and the Consumer Protection. I have had it with this network and its shoddy service.
