No feedback on poor billing

For the last two (2) months I have had problems with the billing relating to a 1 gig data bundle that I had attached to my account in August for a years period. in October when the problem 1st occurred, the account was rectified but there was no further feedback. then on the 22nd of November I got an email (3 weeks after I was billed) apologizing for the delay in response and that someone would get back to me. Nothing was heard until I was billed for the same problem. Yesterday after sending mails and having no feedback - as always, I got hold of the business branch who told me there was no data package attached. They gave me a persons contact details, who mailed me back saying they were out of the office and to mail the business branch, which I duly did. still I have had zero response.

As a small business owner, these incorrect billings and poor feedback to customers is crippling.

I want feed back and the account to be rectified...
