Cell Phone contract deleted in erro

I have had nothing but hassles after opening a cell phone account with 8TA in March 2013. Now changed its name to Telkom Mobile. i was originally billed incorrectly and when reported the error was told this would be rectified but was still incorrect 4 months later. I left numerous messages and called accounts and customer services and had no joy. I decided to withhold a couple of payments but still had no feedback.
After reconsidering my arrears and fearing that my service may be cut i went in to a Telkom mobile online store in the beginning of August, I checked my balance and paid my arrears up to date. I supplied the reference numbers as supplied by the assistant and attached these to the deposit and also supplied these to the store.
My phone line continued to work and Idecided that i would have to try another way to correct my account error.
Then on Friday the 16th August my data line attached to my account stopped working and then later my cell line also went dead. My local Telkom Mobile tell me its an error and its being rectified but 5 days later still no joy. Whats even more frustrating is that not one person returns an email or phone call. And its my main business line!
