On 13 August 2013 I requested for contract and service cancellation due to not having signal at my place of residence.
The above mentioned company has been deducting money from me since then; four months in total. Each month I have contacted the company and been assured by the branch supervisor that they will cancel contract and give me a refund. To date this has not happened and I am still paying for service I have not received.
