No Feed Back as promised

Good day MTN,

I called MTN requesting itemized billing for July, August and September and the women Named Mphomotseng Sekese told me that i must fill in the form which she did sent to me, i filled in the form and sent the form back to her as she asked, she said she will send the documents forward and MTN will get back to me before short period of time and now its been almost 2month, i made a follow up many times, requesting to speak to her but she told the agent on the line that she will phone me back which she did not, i don't understand why shes being like this, i also spoke to an agent named Emma, she tried her best to get hold of Mphomotseng Sekese but she told her the same thing that she will get back to me in an hours time which she did not,

I can't blame MTN for this because its this person who is not doing her job properly, why can't she tell me she misplaced the documents or explain to me whats going on?? i really don't get it...
