Service not provided as promised

For the past few months I have been reporting to Vodacom that I am being charged for data bundles that I only get when I have called a consultant. This is very bad for me because I end up utilizing my airtime as I will be under the impression I am using the data bundles. I am very unhappy with this service hence me logging on to hello Peter.
